Si Environmental was proud to participate in the 2026 ABC13 Loves Teachers School Supply Drive on July 31 through a satellite collection location in Rosenberg. Our team donated more than 70 backpacks filled with school supplies to help local students begin the new school year with the supplies they need to succeed.
The annual ABC13 Loves Teachers School Supply Drive benefits Houston Food Bank School Programs and brings together businesses, organizations, and community members to support local students and educators. All money raised and supplies collected at the Rosenberg location stay local and go toward supporting area teachers and students.
That support can make a meaningful difference. An estimated 80% of teachers spend an average of $895 of their own money to purchase supplies for their students, making community contributions especially important as classrooms prepare for a new school year.
At Si Environmental, being part of the communities we serve means more than providing essential water and wastewater services. We believe in supporting the schools, families, and organizations that help those communities thrive. Participating in the Loves Teachers School Supply Drive was another opportunity for our team to give back and make a positive impact close to home.
