Account Manager in Training (AMiT)

The Account Manager in Training (AMiT) will work alongside the Account Manager Team assisting our clients at board meetings, overseeing contractual obligations to be met, and building relationships and goodwill in the market.  The AMiT will use knowledge gained through training to build and maintain relationships with board members, customers, industry consultants, developers, and builders. This position regularly works with other departments and managers to ensure service levels are being met as outlined in our contracts.  Ultimately, the AMiT will represent Si Environmental in a professional manner at the monthly utility districts meetings we provide services to.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong organization, communication and people skills and can work independently with general direction in a fast-paced environment.  In addition, this position requires a bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in a service, marketing, sales or utility operations role and all applicants must have a valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
