We are looking for dependable Maintenance Crew Members to join our field team. This position helps maintain and repair water and wastewater systems, including pipelines, valves, pumps, and lift stations that serve local communities.
This is a hands-on outdoor job for someone who enjoys working with tools, equipment, and a crew.
What You’ll Do:

Repair and maintain water and sewer lines

Help install and repair pipes, valves, and pumps

Assist with digging, pipe repairs, and equipment work

Respond to leaks, service calls, and emergency repairs

Operate basic tools and equipment safely

Work as part of a team to keep systems running properly
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in construction, utilities, maintenance, or public works is helpful but not required

Valid driver’s license

Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions

Able to lift, dig, and perform physical work

Reliable and willing to learn
